Delayed or Lost Shipments

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. EverHerb Wellness is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged package and product. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
